Worldwide Shipping for Little Terra

Worldwide Shipping from www.littleterra.co.uk:

At littleterra.co.uk we ship to many destinations. If your location is not listed in the drop down menu when you register or go to the checkout then please let us know and we will be happy to help you create an account.

Once you have an account with the correct shipping and tax codes you can order securely via Worldpay any time you like.
Any orders placed with the incorrect shipping/tax charges for your shipping destination will not be dispatched, and your order will be refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Accounts outside of the EU will be VAT exempt, but may be subject to local import taxes/duties which are charged at the point of delivery. Such instances are unusual, but if you are not sure we reccomend you contact your local Revenue and Customs department.

Please note that orders from VAT exempt countries that accept VAT charges at the basket will not be shipped as we will not refund the VAT once the goods have left the building. Any costs to Little Terra generated from such orders will not be refunded - if you are unsure if this applies to you then please ask us before placing your order!

If you are based within the EU, have a VAT number and wish to order items exempt of VAT, you must contact us by phone +44(0)1773 837395 or e mail sales@littleterra.co.uk to place your order. Orders for the EU placed via the website will include VAT and incur a £15 administration charge for a VAT refund
 

Shipping Costs and Times

We send all packages via signed courier/postal forces, and wherever possible with a traceble service to ensure your equipment gets to you as quickly as possible. Items to UK destinations should arrive within 1-2 working days, within 3 days for mainland Europe, and within a week for most other destinations.
Please note that these times are guidelines only and if you require items urgently we reccomend you contact us to check stock availability and dispatch time.
