International Customers (Outside UK)
Little Terra is a UK based company.
Shipping Costs and Times
Any orders made outside of the UK will be shipped using international postal services from the UK.
Please note that we’re still adding International Destinations to our website. So if you cannot order to your chosen country, please do contact us and let us know which country your trying to order from and we’ll do our best to add your country as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are calculated by the website during the checkout process. Costs are based upon the delivery address and the items being purchased (size, weight, value etc). You must select the correct Country during checkout for an accurate shipping cost total. Any items ordered with an incorrect Country for the delivery address, will be void and cancelled.
Most items are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 – 2 working days. Delivery times will depend on the individual courier / destination. Orders being delivered to Europe usually arrive between 5 and 10 working days after dispatch. Orders to the rest of the world may take longer.
Please note that these times are guidelines only and if you require items urgently we recommend you contact us to check stock availability and dispatch time.
VAT / Tax / Import duty
Customers outside of the EU will be VAT exempt, but may be subject to local import taxes/duties which are charged at the point of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for payment of such taxes/duties. We recommend you contact your local Revenue and Customs department for further information.
Please note that orders from VAT exempt countries that accept VAT charges at the basket will not be shipped as we will not refund the VAT once the goods have left the building. Any costs to Little Terra generated from such orders will not be refunded – if you are unsure if this applies to you then please ask us before placing your order!
If you are based within the EU, have a VAT number and wish to order items exempt of VAT, you must contact us by phone +44(0)1773 837395 or e mail sales@littleterra.co.uk to place your order. Otherwsie orders for the EU placed via the website will include VAT and incur a £15 administration charge for a VAT refund.
