Return Address and Documents for all Returns
Please ensure that you include the following two documents with ANY returns or packages sent to Little Terra:
Customer Return Form (PDF or Word Document).
Customer Returns Label, to be clearly displayed onto your parcel (PDF or Word Document).
Return of Goods Purchased from Our Website
We hope you will be pleased with the products you purchase from Little Terra. However, if you wish to return any items we aim to keep the process simple and professional.
• You may return unwanted goods within 14 days provided they are in a fully resaleable condition. This means they should be in their original condition, unused and / or unworn, with their labels attached and in the original undamaged packaging.
• When returning product to us for refund or exchange you are responsible for the goods until they reach Little Terra.
- Please take care to package products appropriately for their trip back to us
- It is our recommendation that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature.
• Where goods are returned because they are unwanted we will refund you for the amount paid for the goods only within 30 days, we are unable to refund the original delivery charge and return postage.
• Where you wish to return goods to us which are faulty or damaged on receipt, you have received by mistake, or any other reason which is deemed to be our mistake we will refund the payments made to us for the products in question plus the delivery charge. Goods should be returned within 14 days. Before returning goods for these reasons it is important that you contact us by telephone on 01773 837395 or e mail sales@littleterra.co.uk and we will advise you on the best way to return the items to us.
