Shipping & Delivery
We will endeavour to ship your goods within 2 working days of acceptance of your order, where we hold stock in our own warehouse. However at particularly busy times of the year or public holidays it may take longer. Some items (which maybe shipped from other warehouses or made to order) may take longer to arrive. We will make every effort to deliver your goods within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If delivery is required before a specific date please contact us prior to ordering so that we can advise you of any possible problems to avoid disappointment.
If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
Please note that items are shipped from the UK. If you intend to have your item delivered out of the UK, please read the following – “International Customers (Outside UK)”.
Shipping fees are calculated by the website automatically, based upon the items added to your basket and the delivery address. Simply add the item(s) to your basket and enter the delivery address and postcode in the “Estimate Shipping” section of the ‘View Basket’ page. Please note during the checkout process you will may be given the option to upgrade your delivery service, which may incur further charges.
