Shopping on the littleterra.co.uk website couldn’t be simpler.
Search or Browse
If you know what you’re looking for, simply use the ‘search’ function at the top right-hand corder of the page. Our sophisticated search engine will automatically suggest products, as you type. You can either select from the list of products suggested, or press ‘enter’ on your computer keyboard (or click on the word ‘search’) and a full list of search results will be displayed that match your search terms.
Alternatively, if you’re not too sure what you want, or just fancy a browse, then click on the ‘products’ option in the menu bar above. A drop down menu will appear, which contains a list of all the departments and product categories to browse (such as Skiwear, Footware, Toys etc).
Each category will contain lists of all our products, clicking on a product will show further images, descriptions, prices and so on.
For each item we provide up-to-date stock levels and customer reviews (where applicable) to assist with your purchase decision.
Comparing items is very simple. Just click the ‘Compare this product’ link for each product you’re interested in. A summary of the items you wish to compare will appear on the right side of the screen. When you’re ready, click the green “compare” button. A new page will load showing the products on a single screen for easier comparison.
Checking out / Buying items
Once you have decided which item you would like to buy, select the appropriate colour/size (where applicable) and click on the ”add to my shopping bag” button. Continue to search/browse for other items to add to your shopping bag. Once you’re ready to checkout, or review your bag, click on the word “view basket” or “checkout” at the top right of the screen.
You may edit the quantity of items in your bag, or remove them completely before checking out.
If you have a discount code, please type it in the box labelled ‘Discount Code’ and click ‘Apply’. If the code is valid, it should automatically take effect.
To get an estimate of the shipping / delivery charges for your items, please select the country from the down-down list. If your country is not in our list, unfortunately this is because we are unable to ship to that country at present. Do ‘contact us’ in this situation and we will review your order on a case-by-case basis.
Proceed to checkout and complete the required fields. Please note that the Billing address must be the address that your payment card is registered to. The delivery address may be different to the billing address.
Upon completion, submit your order and you will be directed to the secure payment pages to input your payment details. An order is only fully complete once the payment details have been submitted and you receive an acknowledgement of your payment from the system.
An email will be sent to your registered email address once the order has been placed and payment received.

We make every effort to ensure payments on our website are as simple and robust as possible. Sometimes however, problems can occur. If you’re worried about a payment or attempted payment on our site, then please either contact us directly, or you might be able to find further help from our payment processing agent “SagePay“.
